Flooring America is a great place to do business! From the start with Jesi helping us to make our selection to the three guys that came to install it, we were very satisfied! Jesi knows her flooring and helped us pick exactly what we wanted. She also kept us updated to the time of installation. We were very impressed with the three men who installed our flooring. They arrived soon after 9:00 and worked solid till 5:00. They were very professional and done a fantastic job! Thank you Flooring America for making this such a wonderful experience!
From the first time I walked in, Jesi was fantastic to work with. She was friendly and showed me a variety of carpet options based on what we were looking for (a soft, flecked carpet that could survive our pets and look great). She sent me home with several samples, kept notes on what we liked and what we didn’t, and spent a lot of time answering my questions. Once we chose a carpet, she sent me frequent emails updating me on the order and was even able to move up our installation date so we could get it sooner. I would highly recommend Jesi and Flooring America and would absolutely work with them again!
I had used FA in the past and I was happy with their products and customer service. I was wanting to replace our theater room carpet and Jesi helped me find just the perfect carpet. We had a great experience with Flooring America. I stopped by the store because they were running a year end sale with free installation, which tipped t he balance for us to go with them. The process of choosing the carpet and getting the final quote was seamless with Jesi Jordan.We weren’t able to install right away due to delays in our project, and they waited until we were ready and got them installed as soon as we were ready. The installer, Aaron A did a fantastic job on the bedrooms and the staircase. I can’t find a single issue with the install and am glad we went with Flooring America.

The installers also did an incredible job in a short amount of time! Attached is the before and after photos for one of our rooms, as well as after photos of our main family room area.
