This is my second experience with Floors Direct. Both encounters were beyond expectations.I worked mainly with Terry Johnson who made certain the project was perfect from start to finish. His advice was always spot on and the carpet we chose thanks to his reccomendation is perfect for our home.Terry goes above and beyond even leaving a personal function to deliver additional carpet to our home.That type of personal service is amazing.We have open floating stairs as well so he suggested Scott Prince as our installer. Scott and his team were fantastic and did a beautiful job. Scott explained each step of the process to me and made sure I was satisfied with his recomendations for the stairs.Scott and his team stayed as long as it took to achieve his perfection standards which exceeded mine.I will finish the remainder of my home with this team as they were so kind to take measurements and make tis easy for me.I can't say enough about how impressed I am with my experience.Thank you Terry
My wife and I decided to upgrade and remodel our bathroom. Being retired and on a pretty tight budget, we are more than pleased with the LVP flooring we found at Floors Direct. It was a perfect match for what we had in mind, with high quality and the price fit our budget so well that we decided to do our front entrance and downstairs bathroom as well.Terry Smith was fabulous to work with. Her friendly manner and knowledge of product and process really put us at ease. When we decided to have one of their installers do the work, Terry would reach out and stay in contact throughout every step. Thank you Terry.Don was our flooring installer and he too was awesome to work with. He was very personable and professional. I really appreciated that he was experienced and came prepared. Not knowing ahead of time, he found some low areas in the concrete floor that needed leveled.Don had the product needed in his truck that he mixed and leveled the areas. We put a fan on it while he did the work upstairs. It was ready to go when he moved downstairs and no extra charge.Thanks Don, I think we're spoiled!
Did absolute AMAZING work! Terry Johnson was super polite and answered all my questions I had. He even helped get me exactly what I want within my budget and even helped me get a better deal for my carpet! I highly recommend working with him if you need flooring and through their company!
We recently had carpet installed in our basement by Floors Direct, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Terry Smith, our salesperson, was outstanding. She patiently walked us through every step of the process, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and even shared some helpful tips that we wouldn’t have known otherwise. Her professionalism and knowledge made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.The installation itself went incredibly smoothly. We were a bit concerned that the crew might accidentally scratch the baseboards during the install, but there was absolutely no damage. In fact, they left the space cleaner than they found it—they even vacuumed everything before leaving!And to top it all off, the price we were quoted was lower than the estimates we received from both Lowe’s and Home Depot. Great service, quality installation, and excellent value.Highly recommend Floors Direct and especially Terry Smith!
