My new flooring is gorgeous. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the quality of the carpet and the padding. Jeremy is an outstanding representative who was very helpful. My project mandated flexibility because of the depth of work that was being done. FCI worked with me through some tedious days that turned into a week. The most important part of my purchase was finding a carpet that was wider than average so that there would be no seam. I could not be more satisfied. We recently had our entire first floor redone with vinyl plank flooring, and the experience with Floor Coverings International was outstanding from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely detailed oriented. They took the time to walk us through the process, helped us choose the perfect style of flooring for our space, and made sure we were comfortable with every step. The installation was fairly seamless. My daughter scratched the floor before it was complete, but the installers were so patient. They not only easily buffed out the scuff marks, but showed me what to do if it occurred again. The final result exceeded our expectations. Our new floor is beautiful. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality flooring and exceptional service.

Communication was very good.The installers were professional, timely, hardworking, personable and skilled. They were respectful of my property and myself.The product is excellent, just beautiful and I look forward to many years of 'wearing it in'.I will be calling Jeremy in the spring to remove and replace some carpeting next. Was a wonderful experience, easy to work with. Great options. Didn't try to push something different then what I wanted. Installer was amazing, great work. Alot softer then I expected. Definitely recommend.Would have taken better pictures but I was too excited for my new carpet.
Jeremy made sure my project was done very well and in a timely manner at a very good price. I had all of the old carpeting removed from living too, hallways ad two bedrooms. The oak floors that were underneath needed to be sanded and r sealed. His crew were very courteous and hard working. They did a beautiful job on the wood floors that were there. I highly recommend them and wood use their services again.
