We had a great experience from start to finish! It was so helpful to have Austin arrive with a van of samples to the house to look at many different options in the room versus hauling samples back and forth to a store. Vast selection of carpets. The installers did a great job and were very friendly. The owners were very communicative about the process and scheduling. We definitely will return for future flooring needs!
Austin, the salesperson, is awesome to work with. We were just having the stairs to the basement done, but he was very engaging, pleasant and thorough. We went with one of the colors from the samples that he brought into our home. It didn't take him long to provide a full quote that we were very happy with.Amy, who handled the scheduling, is kind and wonderful to work with. She kept us informed throughout and set up an install date when the carpet arrived.The install went great. Louis is a professional, focused and quick. He cleaned up everything before he left and the results are a very sharp looking staircase. Thanks!
FCI did a great job from beginning to end of project. I got a quote from them to redo my kitchen floor and not only did they have what seemed like an infinite number of samples to choose from, they also showed up to my house in order for us to see those samples in our space which really helped us to visualize which product we would want to go with. Austin (who was our sales rep) was super helpful and knowledgeable when it came to recommending floors based off of price and personal preferences. He did not try to upsell us and made sure we were happy with what we chose. He was also a very kind individual and genuinely cared about getting us what we wanted for the project. The lead times on all of the tile we ended up choosing was minimal and everything turned out looking great. I would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend that if you are looking for quality flooring to use them as the way to get it.I added some pictures that I took of the finished product (the tile flooring) and I love how it turned out. The lighting isn’t the best but I figured I would add it so it would show what it looked like at the end of the project.
