We could not be more disappointed! We were so excited about our kitchen renovation and dealing with Las Vegas Stone caused us so much stress that it ruined the experience for us. Communication was almost nonexistent and they kept putting us off. We had to retag our countertop slabs 3 times since the warehouse only holds them for a week. We told them a month in advance when we needed the countertops installed since we were hosting a party. After a ridiculous amount of persistence, it was finally scheduled for the day before our party, which we found out from an email requesting payment. The day of, we still hadn’t been told when they’d be arriving and when we asked, we were informed that an installer had called in sick, so they weren’t sure if it could happen that day! We had to cancel our party because even if they came that day, we wouldn’t have had a usable sink for our party. My contractor husband could’ve been a great referral source for them since he has been remodeling kitchens for over 30 years. Communication is key to running a reputable, successful business and they are hugely lacking! The stone from MSI and the fabulous installers were the only redeeming quality.

Your response disappoints me even further and I feel the need to clear up some misinformation that you provided. As I mentioned, my husband is a contractor. He mainly remodels kitchens. He works with stone companies all the time and in his 30+ years in business has never experienced delays or the lack of communication we experienced with your company. Normally, it is approximately a 1-2 week process. We certainly would have used the stone companies he has previously worked with had we known upfront what the timeline would be, which we did not! My husband also remodeled the kitchen for my friend that you are referencing. She dealt with Kathy and said that Kathy was very excited to connect with my contractor husband and would give us a great deal in the hopes of obtaining him as a future referral source. We certainly did not seek you out and were not in need of a stone company! I am now especially confused why you would want to connect with my husband if we are outside of your installation area! My friend has apologized extensively for referring us since our experience was so incredibly awful. She even called Kathy to express her disappointment. She will also not be referring Las Vegas Stone in the future. As far as tagging our slabs, your information is incorrect. We tagged our slabs on December 13th, went again two days later to make sure that was what we wanted, tagged the same slabs again and continued to tag those slabs. We actually even received a very kind email from MSI when you finally purchased our slabs to inform us that we no longer needed to keep retagging them. So, unfortunately, your reply does not clear anything up for us and only causes more frustration.

Las Vegas Stone & Flooring has huge selection of material each of their showrooms. We were looking for tile for 2 of our bathrooms and flooring for the whole house. It was such a hard decision to make because every selection they have is amazing and diverse! We finally made our material selections, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality and service. We are looking forward to renovating the exterior of our house this summer and we will definitely be back to select tile and stacked stone for this area.

Las Vegas Stone and flooring showrooms are absolute gorgeous that you maybe in there for hours taking it all in. What a great experience all the way through. When I walked into the showroom I was promptly greeted by Robert and Sania. They guided me to all their beautiful products and gave me plenty of time and space to sort through options. They answered all my questions with confidence and I was completely put to ease especially their vision. I enjoyed spending time in the showroom since it gave me such beautiful ideas plus all their professional suggestions. Do yourself a favor and before you start on any home building or remodeling please make an appointment to sit down with Robert or Sania. I am working on my second project with Kathy at LVS and she has been amazing! Her knowledge of the different products has been so helpful to me in making selections for my dream renovations. I have visited all of the showrooms and they are all equally beautiful and full of beautiful and unique samples to choose from. The showrooms have kitchen and bathroom models to give you a visual of how your personal vision can come to life. I am looking forward to working with Kathy on my remaining projects.
