She had many variations of quotes for us (different levels of flooring, with or without casings) she brought many samples to our house. Didn’t hound us on making a quick decision on the materials. Which took me approx. 2 weeks to decide and going back and forth on questions and what not. Then when it came time to order materials and set the date for install, it was quick, everything happened on time actually a little sooner than expected. She definitely over delivered on everything.We had a company closer to us come and quote and they didn’t get the quote to use until after Edmonton Flooring had started the work. So kudos to Edmonton Flooring for being prompt and showing their customers they care and want to do the work.The installers were beyond amazing, kind and considerate.
