Went to the store and was recommend to use installer Kim Chau. Was hesitant, as he wasn't available for the times I requested, as he was on vacation. Upon arrival, he didn't seem overly friendly, but his work was A1. All the work was done in a timely matter, and before the date promised. Kim was very professional, and cleaned up afterwards. Id highly recommend using this installer. Definitely 5 stars.
It as been a year now since I had my floors done by Derek @ Flooring Superstore, upstairs and downstairs. I have seen and looked at every aspect of them, I can be very picky about the quality and craftsmanship but I have to share with you how impressed and happy I am with his quality of work. Great guy and very professional and I’m very happy with my floors. I would recommend him to anyone who is looked to have work done in there home.

He made the experience stress-free, and by the end it honestly felt like we’d made a friend.
