Has a great selection to choose from, knowledgeable staff, clean environment.Overall my experience was good, except when it came to pricing. I was quoted x amount of $’s for x amount of sq.ft by one salesperson.I did have to put a deposit down as it was getting shipped in from another store.When I went to pick it up, the salesperson I had dealt with wasn’t in store and was helped out by another salesperson, but because the original quote couldn’t be found, they charged me more than the original asking… since I wanted this flooring, and had already put a deposit down.. I almost seemed forced to pay the “new price,” not what I was originally told. It wasn’t an extremely huge difference, but it’s the principle.I would still recommend this place, and even I will come back; but will be more attentive to the details next time.
My third time shopping here; we live out of town and only had 1 day to shop, found what we wanted for a great price, the guys had it wrapped and loaded for us to pick up on a Sunday. Good in stock selection and was a few dollars a sq ft cheaper the our local town. Highly recommend.
After shopping around, these folks had the best prices on the carpet I wanted. Barry was really great to deal with in the store, and Wade & Connie the installers were so nice and did a really wonderful job. I'm very pleased with the results.
