I just had my completion today of my vynal plank installation by LCF . Initially they sent out Dillon to measure and discuss my requirements. Then I had a change of plans as ,ultimately, I couldn't make up my mind if I wanted to do the entire floor or just part of it..so they sent out Edward , to discuss the project and do a re- measure and help me decide if I wanted click in or glue down. I decided then to do the entire area in wide plank click in. I then went in to their store and met Lana, and she helped me choose a product I absolutely love .I have to say I'm amazed! 2 installers John and Matt started yesterday morning and removed and hauled out the old flooring , removed the baseboards, closet doors etc. They installed 1000 sq ft of vynal plank and had the baseboards back on and painted by 5 pm tonight! They also moved the furniture and appliances around ,and removed and replaced 2 toilets.They worked non stop ! The flooring looks fantastic, the result is seamless.I just can't say enough good things about this company! There were no pricing SURPRISES, NO delays,No problems what so Ever!! The installers were so fast and meticulous as well.VERY PROFESSIONAL!!You won't regret hiring LCF for your flooring needs.I couldn't be happier with my new floors.Thank you to Everyone at LFC..and ( the baseboards painter) that helped with my flooring project.Mavis Ekman
Highly recommend!! Best quote out of three, and amazing craftsmanship. They arrived and finished the job when they said they would. Great people from the sales staff to the owner to the trades men. We are so happy with our new basement floor and stairs!! We will definitely be using LCF in two years when we re-do the floors upstairs.
I found LCF Flooring on a Facebook promotion. I’m glad I inquired. I really like the floors they supplied and installed in my home. Quality work for sure and I was surprised at how quick they were able to get it of done. They also supplied and installed baseboards which look great. Throughout the process they were very responsive to inquiries or requests. Nice folks. I definitely recommend them.
Update after their response: The house was built in 1995 therefore the furnace cannot even be 40+ years old… so there is one lie, makes ya wonder what else in their response they are lying about… ;)While the flooring and carpet on our stairs were done well, that is where the positives end.This company took no preventative measures to protect our home’s venting system during the work. Our vents were left unprotected, and we later found large pieces of debris, including old hardwood and tile, inside the vents. This is not minor dust — it was significant construction waste.Immediately after the flooring was completed, our furnace failed during a -30°C cold snap, forcing us to replace it at a cost of $6,000. Multiple furnace professionals could tell right away that recent renovation work had been done based on the condition of our filter and system. Because of this, the failure did not qualify for warranty coverage.When we attempted to work with the flooring company to address the situation, we received a condescending and dismissive email rather than any accountability or willingness to help. Based on that experience, I fully expect any response to this review to carry the same tone.Customer service is clearly not their strength. If you choose to hire this company, protect your home and HVAC system yourself, because they will not do it for you.Just added some photos of what was found in our vents, large piece of tile and the other photo is our shop vac after only 4 vents.Just take care of your home. You work really hard to purchase a beautiful home for yourself and your family. This company didn’t seem to care about you as people and the weight of work and issues occurring like a furnace down in -30 can have on a family.
I recently used LCF Flooring to install new carpet in my home, and the entire experience was exceptional. I was on a tight timeline, and their team immediately understood my needs and addressed all of my questions with care and professionalism. The estimator arrived the very next day, and the installers followed just two days later. They worked efficiently, were respectful of my home, and did an excellent job with the installation.
