I stopped in at Sierra Flooring, shopping for some engineered hardwood to redo the flooring in a condo bedroom, while trying to match an existing floor in another room . Dean (Account Manager) walked me through a few options in store, and followed up promptly with some more questions and information to get my project moving. I was impressed with the level of communication and thoroughness during the selection/booking/ordering process (especially considering this was a smaller project of only ~150 sq/ft).
The installer sent for the project (Dwayne) was professional, personable, and provided a quality install.

I will happily hire Sierra for any of my future flooring needs.

Edit: Sierra responded to this review to contact them. I did and once again they couldn't be bothered to reply. At this point I'd highly recommend avoiding this company in case you have issues, customer support is terrible.

We ordered diamond tile from Sierra. Due to other factors we are only getting to the tiling job now.

When we opened the boxes we noticed the incorrect tile was ordered. We are at fault for waiting over a year to install and before checking these. However, we looked at the samples which were used for ordering and noticed the diamond was labeled incorrectly. They ordered what was on the sample (triangle) but didn't actually verify it was the correct tile.

While we are definitely at fault for not checking, Sierra never ordered the correct tile to begin with.

We asked for some kind of understanding but they stopped replying. We couldn't even pay a restocking fee or get in store credit.

I'm sure Sierra is normally ok. But just a heads up to potential customers. We had a stupid issue that ultimately was their fault. But they wouldn't do a single thing for us.
