We bought vinyl plank for our home and had our own contractor install it. Pricing was great. However, we decided to go with carpet in the basement and the had Touchtone install, it was the worst hack job I have ever seen, and we were told this is normal. So unhappy with it that we fought for a year about the quality and install. Fast forward they replace it, but in the process end up with a rip in our sectional and instead of addressing it and trying to work with us the manager basically has ignored us and deny it was them. I would recommend this place for fair pricing on purchasing products but don’t waste your time getting them to install, you will be so unhappy with the results.

Our experience here was great when I first reached out - the salesperson texted me about the porcelain tile option they had, and was helpful and quick when we came in to purchase. However that is where the organization and customer service ended. After purchasing the tile we were told to go around to the warehouse to pick it up. After 5 minutes I was called by the salesperson who said it would be another 10-15 minute wait, and that we would have to come back around front, but he was not clear on which door to come to. Despite being told we were purchasing porcelain, the tiles were in fact ceramic. When coming in to return we were again told to go around to the warehouse to physically drop off the tile. It took 15 minutes to get the return slip from the warehouse staff, we then had to go BACK around and inside to process the return. The front desk staff were not very professional, speaking amongst themselves about an interview currently being held for someone to 'cover Saturdays, maybe they want to cover Friday's for me too'. The lady processing the return seemed to have to make sure they had it in stock and again, this all took much longer than it should have. All in all we were there for over 45 minutes to purchase the tile, and 30 minutes to complete a simple return. I want to support small business, but everything was so disorganized that I will never be back. The small details matter if you want to uphold good customer service and ease of transaction, and when the table of home decor magazines looks like this, then it's best to steer clear. It's no wonder people go to Home Depot - easy purchases and returns if needed.
