We used Carpet One in selecting our floor tiles.Kyle Gorham is a great person and was very helpful and very patient in our floor tile selection.His installers were very good too.They removed all the carpet from the rooms and moved the furniture so the tile could be installed.They were very good in asking us how we wanted things done in each room.They were also very good about cleaning up.I would highly recommend Kyle Gorman and Carpet One for any carpet or tile done to your home.Peggy Munoz
I had Johnny Gonzalez come out and give me a quote for vinyl flooring in my two bedrooms total of 240sqft he quoted me at $4400 this company is a scam and will not recommend working with them. Found another company coming in and doing it for under $1000 recommend everyone get a couple quotes before signing up with this company. Disappointing people don’t do fair business.
Kyle from Carpet One was extremely helpful from the first time I stepped in the doors to look at carpet for a house I was updating. Over the next several weeks I had several questions and concerns come up and no matter who was working, they were quick to help in any way they could. The install was quick and came out looking awesome. My overall experience was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone.
From the moment we walked in, we were acknowledged by Bob Raleigh. This gentleman not only answered all of our questions completely, but also applied absolutely no pressure to buy. I loved the cushiest pad, and my wife picked a great color to complement the rooms that needed updating. The guys they sent to install the carpet only took about 4-5 hours to do all the work. They also moved the heavy things for us.
Kyle was peasant to work with. We needed to carpet match to replace flooring in one room of our house. The match is spot on! Carpet and pad are comfy. The price was competitive and insulation was quick. The installers were friendly.
