We had an office remodel to add a break room and storage. Jason and Michaela were fabulous to work with and had incredible attention to detail. They were following up every step of the way, kept within our budget, and made sure that the project was completed quickly (ahead of schedule, even) and without any worries or added stress!
We had the opportunity to work with Jason (sales) and Taylor (designer). Super fun and easy to work with. The whole process was super smooth and we are super thankful for our new kitchen! There was some manufacturer issues that Jason quickly took ownership and was able to fix the problem right away. He always went the extra mile! We are so glad Jason was our salesman. One caviar, one of my decision making to choose Floor To Ceiling was because of no additional processing fee with my credit card but when I made my final payment they had changed the policy to start charging an extra fees for it. Definitely was a bummer news to find out. Hopefully the company decides to remove the processing fees because I have a lot more projects to work on it in the near future and have mention to all of our friends about Floor to Ceiling! :DOverall, we are still super pleased with the kitchen project and had met beyond our expectation!! Thank you Jason and Taylor. I hope you guys get to have them as your sales and designer and you wont be disappointed!
I couldn't recommend Floor to Ceiling Carpet One Floor & Home enough. I always work with Jason Nelson for his great communication and high level of experience.So far in my young career I have worked with him twice this last year on two substantial remodels. I was able to visit Jason at his desk where he provided a number of different options within my budget and style/quality preference.I specifically work with the Commercial division and I've also had great experience with John Flores and his installation crews with the help of Jason Nelson coordinating after material is ordered.
This is the second remodeling project Floor to Ceiling has help us complete. Aubrey and Jason are great to work with. They understood our vision and work with us from start to finish. We are so happy with how our kitchen turned out. I would highly recommend anyone looking to remodel to look now further than Floor to Ceiling. And ask for Aubrey and Jason!!
