Our experience with STC Flooring and their installers, Kelley's Hardwood Floors could not have gone any better.Rhonda at STC was incredibly helpful to us, to not only find the look we wanted, but the right fit for our family, including large dogs.When it came time to our estimate, they sent the actual installers to walk through our house and identify any areas of concern - we talked through how we would transition from room to room, called out a couple high spots and how they would smooth it out. No other company we received a quote from took the time to consult with us, just came to do measurements.The installation process was so smooth. They worked around our larger pieces of furniture and planned their work so each bedroom was started and finished in a day, which was incredibly helpful to our family.We wouldn't hesitate to go through STC Flooring again!
