Bought our carpet there. Got wrong color and came from flooring liquidators in Clovis . went there they didn't have it. A neighbor and good friend went with a piece of left over and called me to here the conversation, NO We DON'T have anything like that. Then they give us someone elses Paper work. Buyer beware. Go to Robinsons! Cheaper, Better, Plush.
Awful customer service. We had an appointment and the salesman didn't show up. Then we tried dealing with another salesman (after driving 30 minutes to get to the store) and he told us we had to call in to talk with the original salesman. Awful experience and we won't be back. Lost a repeat customer.
The level of customer service we received with A&M was astounding. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint! We are very happy with our wood flooring and carpet choices. Glad we went with the best carpet padding, it makes our bedrooms feel luxurious. When we had an issue arrive, it was dealt with promptly and professionally with the kind of customer service you rarely experience in this day and age. Thanks A&M, we will definitely see you again!
