We walked into the door to just see what's inside, being a prominently signposted store, though in a shabby neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome by Alexis, as well as by the broad as election of flooring options available at this place. Since we are building a home, we are in the early stages of furnishing and we're open to look at area rugs. Alexis showed us around and explained the ordering and manufacturing time-frames, helped us select some options, and was ready to provide samples for us to take home. We will for sure be back with samples of our furniture wood and leather, to select a carpet to be made into an area rug!

We went to four stores to select flooring. We were replacing 1600 sq. feet of tile and carpeting with luxury vinyl plank in our Kitchen, great room and guest bathroom. Our salesman was Matt Karle who worked with us. We wanted a turnkey job, so that we didn’t have to hire a plumber to remove the toilet and basins in the bathroom. We also replaced the base board in the rooms, including the areas in the hallway where we did not replace the carpet. We requested two bids that were comparable in price. However, Matt brought out their tile removal contractor that used a dustless machine for tile removal and had an exhaust vented to the outside through a window. They also were careful to hang plastic to try to contain the dust.

I was very impressed with the 4-5 installers and especially with Zak, who was so accommodating. They moved all the furniture. However, on the first day after they unloaded all the Luxury vinyl packages and started the install, they notice that luxury vinyl planks were not fitting correctly. This is something that my untrained eye did not detect. So, the crew called Matt who came to the House and inspected. He agreed and the crew removed the planks that had been installed. In the meantime, Matt had to convince the manufacturer that this was a quality control issue and provide them with lot numbers until the manufacturer conceded and replaced the planks with new flooring that arrived a week later. The installers then installed the new flooring. Again, they were a great crew, and we were very satisfied with our flooring. It took a week longer than expected, due to the plank issue that arose. However Matt was on our side, and made sure we would not have any issues with the flooring by convincing the manufacturer that the plank had to be replaced. I would recommend Robinson’s flooring based on our experience.

Just had beautiful new carpet installed in our den. Matt Karle helped us with our order from taking measurements to finding the exact carpet and padding that we wanted. He was very supportive through the entire process. Their pricing is fair and they are very accommodating with their scheduling. Matt made sure that the job was done right. All in all, we recommend Robinson's Interiors and Matt.

Great customer service from start to finish. As soon as we walked into the store, Landry was excited and ready to help us. Our schedule has been hectic but he accommodated us every step of the way. He’s extremely personable and made us feel confident with our decision to move forward with him.

Most importantly the quote we received is the amount we paid for in the end. No bait and switch tactics.

Couple of guys from the Robinson's Interiors laid laminate floor last week. Ross and Erick did excellent job. This was a part of restoration work from the water leak damage. The last laminate floor was installed by The Lumber Liquidators which they did a decent job. But compare to The Lumber Liquidators work, Ross and Erick from the Robinson's Interior's work was much better. If you are looking for quick job, they are not the one. Ross and Erick scraped and cleaned the concrete floor before start laying down the laminate flooring. Ross and Erick also took their time to make sure all panels are properly secured and all corners are properly spaced. At the end, I have much better floor than before. I am very satisfy with their work and they earned five star for sure.

I submitted this review about one and half month ago after two guys from the Robinson’s Interior installed a new floor at my house. I gave five stars at the time largely because the installers, Ross and Erick did great job laying the floor down. However, I regret that I must revise/edit my review now. I still think Ross and Erick did great job. Unfortunately, I can’t say same for the floor material and customer service. The quality of the laminated wooden floor the Robinson’s Interior sold me was grossly inferior material. After one month, I am already stating to see chips on the edges of panels, top layer of the laminated surface is peeling off and the surfaces are easily scratched. When I talked to the Robinson’s Interior, they claimed that the damages were most likely caused by mistreatment of the floor subsequent to the installation and not a material defect. This is unconvincing explanation. This new floor was put in to replace similar floor that was damaged by a water leak. I had the previous floor for over eight years and I never experienced this kind of damages. Yes, I incurred some damages when we drop blunt objects on the floor that caused top layer of the floor got punctured but never seen characteristics of damages I am seeing on this new floor. Over eight years of use, I have not seen any scratches, chips at the edge, or top layer peeling off. Since the Robinson’s Interior is not willing to remedy the defects, I have no choice but to edit my previous review. I am changing from five stars to two stars. The installer still gets two stars but the quality of the floor and customer service at the Robinson’s Interior get no stars.
