I just wanted to post online that I have been expecting my rug for four hours to be delivered and it’s still not here. Nobody seems to care once they get your money. They don’t deliver so be careful because they’ll tell you things that they can’t come through with just FYI. I just wanted to add that James Junior who delivered the rug finally helped me put it in and help me get the room put back together. He was a sweetheart. Thank you so much, James Jr.
From the moment I walked into the showroom until the installers were driving away, I was treated with friendly and professional courtesy. During the initial consultation, Matt heard me and was able to offer a number of options that would fulfill my needs. Once we decided on a product, a fair and reasonable estimate was quickly produced. After we agreed on the cost, the work was scheduled to happen within a couple of weeks (accommodating my schedule). The installers showed up on time, worked diligently, and performed beyond my expectations. I am very pleased with the entire project and highly recommend VRR for your flooring needs!
I’ll start with customer service experience. We were greeted immediately with a strong handshake by Matt. He asked a couple of questions; then led us in the right direction. Matt discreetly excused himself, I think to give us the time needed to look at all the choices. When he came back there was no pressure to buy ; he just asked us what we would like to do.We had a good idea of the colors we would like so samples were given to bring home. Matt made an appt. to come to the house and take measurements. That process only took a few minutes ( not his first rodeo!). Matt called the next morning with the cost and set a date to install.The installer’s Horacio and Alex were the BEST ever!! On time, professional, friendly, well trained, swift in each step needing done. Respectful of the furniture they removed and reinstalled in our home. Careful in the removal and laying of the carpet. They removed all material and even vacuumed (twice) making the new carpet look amazing! I can’t say enough what phenomenal men Horacio and Alex were.Not only does great customer service bring back returning customers; but makes for recommendations for years to come.
