My insurance company provided options, and after reading great reviews about Couvre Plancher Suprême, I chose them. Nicolas Vidal assisted me.Doing these decisions in material quality and colors were very difficilt to take. I appeared very hesitant in choices.Nicolas helped me navigate material and color choices. Despite my uncertainty, Nicolas kept his good smile, he was understanding, patient, took the time to showcase various options while explaining their features thoroughly. I had to meet with him multiple times and take many samples and return them. Nicolas professionalism and knowledge, and client focus made the process smooth and enjoyable. We had Tapis supreme install an engineered maple hardwood floor for us about in about July 2022.Price = 3.5/5Customer service = 5/5Install crew = 5/5timeliness = 4/5 (but due to all the covid delays etc they probably can't be blamed for this).So overall we are extremely happy with Taipis Supreme. While we were shopping around we did notice they were one of the most expensive quotes we had by a significant amount, however during out appointment with the sales guy they did ask far more detailed questions about the house, humidity, subfloor, leveling, year of house, how we wanted the toe caps to look etc etc which gave us more faith they knew what they were doing.There were some delays, I think 2months or so, however it was mid pandemic....so the supply chain was a mess so I don't believe this was their fault.We re-did our own subfloor and leveled it, and their "quality manager" for lack of a better word visited 2 or 3 times to confirm everything was good before install, he gave us a list of minor items we should fix prior to the install which would save us a few bucks and to make sure everything is perfect for install, he then came back to re-measure and really thoroughly checked everything which we had done.As for the actual install, I think they subcontract this out, we were lucky to have a very competent couple install out floor. They were very fast, very polite, very clean and most importantly did a fantastic job!
Good afternoon Mr. Pichette,I want to thank Denis and the store for their excellency in customer service! I came by in your store a bit before the long week end and was served immediately by Denis who completed my order in a blink. He knew exactly what I was looking for and listened to my needs. He proposed a very good carpet. I had to do my stairs going up and down the house and also a part of the basement. With great service like that it made is easy to come back and finish the basement! Again service was very fast the 2nds time around. Delivery was done as proposed on time.Jose Sanchez was the installer. What a great guy, attention to details, efficient and tidy work was done. I will not hesitate to refer your store to my friends and family.You have a great store with excellent people.
