Great selections in store and suggestions based on what you are looking for. I had issues with the company who was supposed to install the flooring and had to make arrangements for delivery. Our order was delivered within 2 days of contacting them. Excellent service thank you!
Gave them an order over $9,000 for flooring and the day it was to be delivered they called me and said only part of the order would be delivered, there were weather problems in Toronto. The next delivery was short again and then the final delivery as well. I had to postpone my installer at great costs and was promised compensation for all of the screw-ups. I got an e-mail from the Head-Office asking me why I gave them a bad review and told them what happened. A few days later I get a call from the owner lambasting me for dirtying his name, causing him harm and basically letting me have it because of this review. As a result he informed me he had withdrawn the claim from the distributor. Will never deal with this company again, if this is the way franchisee's deal with customers, it speaks volumes about company policies
Welcoming staff but the service for purchases is awful. Went to the store to inquire about grout and color. We were told once chosen to write to them. We did send our order. Never received an ackowledgement. 6 weeks pass we went in the store they had received our request but the cie didn't have the color at that moment. So we picked another, the call was made to Mtl they had it in stock that it would take a week or 2. Then, 3 weeks later, I left a voice message and they never called back.
