We had a really pleasant experience with Éric during the quoting process while selecting our hardwood floors. He was patient, friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. We also had a great interaction with one of their installers, Robert, who came by to provide the estimate for installation. He took his time, answered our many questions, and we could tell, took great attention to every detail.
The only reason I am giving 5-stars is because Éric Latourelle was super helpful, knowledgeable and supportive during the very stressful process. Thank you so much, Éric! :)As for Quadecor, I had an issue with the tiles being completely different from the one I ordered. They did make it right and reimbursed me.
