My fiancée and I visited Elegant Flooring today (February 12, 2025) and ended up purchasing some tile for an upcoming bathroom reno from their clearance section. We cannot say enough great things about Jeff and Sashae who were both extremely welcoming, genuine and helpful. Very refreshing service in this day and age. If you’re looking for flooring we highly recommend paying these wonderful folks a visit!
Is the clearance centre open to the public? I was there today to get a sample of the Durango. I wasn’t able to get one sample and was told to ask Taylor and they could request it. I did receive a sample of the Walnut and signed it out. I am looking for approximately 280 sq feet. I actually stopped at the clearance door at first but was told if I seen something online to go upstairs. I would have looked around downstairs if it’s open to the public? The displays in the showroom are beautiful. The nicest selection in the city.
The bargain center is really a bargain! Great choices if you have flexibility. And the customer service was out of this world. Friendly. Knowledgeable. The manager let us take samples and figure out if the product would work. Why go anywhere else if you have flexibility.
The Bedford hwy location has a wonderful bargain basement for cost effective options when looking for tile
