Bucko gave me a great price along with high-quality vinyl and the contractor they got to do the install, did a fantastic job! He was keen on details, ensured my subfloor was properly screwed down and even before starting the install. Previous squeak is no longer present as an added bonus!
Please look for flooring elsewhere, atleast laminate flooring.My laminate floor started cracking and falling apart in less than 16months from when it was installed.My experience contacting them was terrible, For months there never was a follow up. Bad customer experience.The floor was NOT installed on slopey basement floor but on a flat mainfloor substrate, yet they still fell apart. Yes, they are that bad.Just looking at other reviews now and it looks like the complaints are mostly consistent. I am bitter about the cost for the fixes, but I will be doing it right this time with a different supplier.

The WORST local business ever. We spend over $15,000 on “luxury vinyl flooring” at $5.99 a square foot, “real wood trim”, nose casings, and “professional installing”. I say all this in quotations, as it could not be further from the truth. We purchased and Renovated our condo just over a year ago. The floor and trim started to fall apart about 3 months after install. We have been to the store and spoken to the owner countless times, called and texted numerous times, and the owner just says he will get back to us. This is going on a year. Yesterday, I called (I am female) and spoke to the owner, who said he only wanted to deal with my husband. It’s 2024 - there’s no room for misogyny in business!!!!! The irony - the invoices are all in MY name only, so technically I’m the customer! We are now taking Bucko to small claims court. We wanted to support a local business over big box stores, but we are now suffering the consequences of terrible business practices. Save yourself the hassle, and AVOID this business!!!
Bucko flooring did a great job on our floors! They helped us source the product we wanted as they did not carry it in store. They installed approximately 900 sq. ft. of vinyl as well as baseboards and trim throughout our main floor.The installation was completed efficiently and professionally, and we are happy with the results. We would definitely recommend Bucko as their prices were the lowest around and their work was excellent!My only recommendation for the owners would be more frequent communication to keep the customer updated on the status of the order, and progress.Overall we are grateful for Bucko's help in renovating our home and wish them the best in the future as they expand their business!
