Dealt with Michelle for selecting carpet, measurements annd estimate and had Steve install our carpet runner. Michelle was extremely detailed oriented and knowledgeable and responded extremely quickly, truly a pleasure to work with. Steve was so polite and worked diligently to install our carpet runner as efficiently as possible. Highly recommend!
What a great company. Seriously. They genuinely care about the success of our project. I dont post reviews, so this should speak for itself. They help guide DIY with videos and support. Something I haven't seen in other companies. Keith is a master of his trade with obvious decades of experience and was supportive throughout the whole process. Michelle and Steve are both wonderful at what they do and it shows when you speak to them. My pie for stairs was off by an inch, partially or mostly by my fault and Keith took the time and effort to help figure out what happened and corrected it, even though I was okay doing a "quick fix" as no one would honestly notice. He said "I will notice and I want this done right." He made it right and as a result we have beautiful Grey stair runners.Thank you all.
This is our second time working with Direct Carpet. Michelle has always been kind, friendly and helpful. We appreciated the at home consultation that Direct Carpet provides. It was helpful to see carpet samples in our space with our lighting and paint colours to make our choice easier. We were given lots of choice and advice from Michelle. Installation was quick and professional! Michelle checked in on us throughout the process and made sure we were happy with our new carpeting. We would recommend Direct Carpet over a Big Box store choice any day!
