Mohamed and his team were able to provide variety of options and work within my budget. The crew finished carpet removal and installing the hardwood floor in 4 days. They also cleaned the house at the end of each day to ensure my family was not impacted to sleep at night. My husband and I were looking for someone to install new flooring throughout the main floor of our home and we feel absolutely blessed to have found Juma Flooring. Mo was quick to respond, came to our home and gave us a very fair estimate for the work to be done. He was friendly, professional, easy to talk to and on time. His knowledge and expertise was evident throughout the project and he was able to provide suggestions for which products to use as well as which to avoid. He even met us at the store on his own time to show us different products and how they may work/not work in our home! His team is hard working and reliable and together they made quick work of our renovation. They removed old carpet and reinforced and levelled the subfloor in preparation for the new floors. They installed laminate throughout our home, as well as new baseboard, and redid our staircases beautifully. It is evident that Mohammad takes pride in his work, making sure all the details are in place and taking the time to do the job right. I felt comfortable messaging Mo with any questions/concerns I had and he was always quick to respond, making us feel important as his customer.
