These guys, Aris and Dion were very personable and professional. The flooring process was explained in detail, how to clean it, etc. They were patient throughout the 2 days process, despite my cat (s) making their signature imprint on the cement base on the first day of process. We are so happy with the our beautiful new vinyl plank floors downstairs and vinyl sheeting in the bathrooms, and pleased with the installation experience. The install team - David, Shayden, Chris T, Pono, and Anthony - were always punctual, and very courteous, neat, and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently, and kept us informed throughout the 5-day install. We are so glad we went with AFH, would use them again, and will recommend them to others.
I’ve been looking into changing out my sad carpet for a long time now, so of course I had exactly what I wanted in mind and everyone at American Floor and Home was AMAZING.
