Borys took care of replacing the existing carpet and laminate for a condo unit of mine with Hawaiian King Koa Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. We had no problems getting the materials and job approved by the Association and no trouble while they were on site as well. The workmanship is beautiful and he was finished before the agreed-on timeline. His worker even came back and took care of a minor discrepancy I had with the height to the bottom of the front door with no complaint and at no extra charge. Best of all, he saved me literally thousands of dollars off the cost of the contractor I would have gone with otherwise.I will be calling Borys and Best Flooring Honolulu again the next time I have future flooring needs.
We just had carpet removed and replaced with beautiful luxury vinyl plank flooring in our new condo. Borys was extremely helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. He was very patient with all of my questions and the delay of getting in to take measurements as well as the process of getting approval from the association. Serge did the installation and worked diligently to complete the job. I work from home and it was loud and chaotic at times- I would encourage you to not be home. Borys anticipated 5 days to complete the job but Serge had it finished in 4 days. Very impressed with the service and I love my beautiful new floors! Thank you Best Flooring Honolulu

From online, by phone or in person they provided excellant communication skills from beginning to end. Attentive to our needs, knowledgeable with material and installation. And estimate was provided within 24hrs from initial visit done in detail, easy to understand with no hidden cost. Our choice of flooring the GOLDEN SHADE MAPLE was installed in aa very professional manner. Well organized & clean they took great pride with installation exhibiting excellant workmanship & skills.
