I have been in the market for a nice rug for my living room and living in Hawaii comes with INSANE freight costs. I came across an ad on Facebook saying that the Bougainville flooring store sold remnants of carpet. I decided to swing by and take a look before buying anything online. I will never buy online again!! They had so many options from colors/design to texture and sizes. Guy was extremely helpful and patient and even offered me water in the warehouse. He helped me find the right color for my space and even went to search for the best size to fit my needs. Overall, it was a great experience and I’ll be back when it’s time to furnish my bedroom.
Jasha and his team are outstanding. After my wife and I had contracted for new flooring for the downstairs I was hospitalized a number of times. Jasha and Marcus were very understanding regarding delaying our installation. After more than 3 months from the original install date Marcus’ team began the installation. The installation was 90 percent complete when a pipe burst flooding the downstairs ruining the flooring just installed. Marcus’ team removed the vinyl flooring the next. After a few days I settled with the insurance copy. Jasha and Marcus were able to purchase new flooring and fit us into their schedule. After a week or two from the flood we had new flooring installed. The work is high quality. Jasha and Marcus were strong supporters during the entire process. I highly recommend this company.

I needed to find some carpet for my client's condo. I walked into the store on a Wednesday afternoon around 3pm, Jasha helped me. I am a person who really appreciates great service. I let Jasha know what I needed and it needed to be within my budget. He helped me find some remnants for my client project.He took the time to explain the process and exlained to me that he would need to find a carpet installer. I needed the carpet to be installed by Sunday, midweek the following week at the latest. Jasha worked on finding an installer, he scheduled him to do measurements on Thursday, checked back with me on the installers quote, I OK'd. On Friday, the installer removed the old carpet and prepped. On Saturday morning, the installer came out to install the new carpet. I stopped in on Saturday and saw the completed project. My client and I are so happy with the quick and speedy project. Jasha made it happen and Bougainville Flooring had what I needed. Everyone should experienc this type of service, it is truly rare!To top it off, Jasha was flying out that evening with his new bride for their honeymoon and checked in with me to see if everything was ok. I truly appreciate the excellent client experience he gave me!! I will bring more clients to you guys when I have clients who need to sell their properties. Much appreciated!!
We purchased a home with midcentury character in desperate need of a refresh. Two of our bathrooms were determined to need a full gut, and we are forever grateful to Carrie for her guidance! Carrie met with us multiple times, helped us make decisions about colors and styles, and taught us valuable lessons in design. Her personality, work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for tile is contagious! I felt like she was as excited as I was to see our bathrooms come together.
