We recently experienced water damage to our Ohia wood flooring, which extends through multiple rooms of our house. We explored our options re who to hire to perform the restoration and were fortunate to find Flooring Specialists (owned by Chris). After he inspected the damage, and providing us with a number of accessible references, we were convinced that we should hire his company. We have absolutely no regrets re the decision. His estimate was very reasonable and competitive, and he stuck to it. His crew was professional, neat, conscientious, respectful and friendly (as was Chris). They were prompt, communicated well, reliable and willing to go above and beyond. The result was a beautiful restoration, so attractive that it was a shame to have to cover any of it with furniture. Our floor looks new, and better than it has ever looked since we purchased our house almost 30 years ago. We had our parquet floors refinished by Flooring Specialist and were totally blown away by the transformation of our old floor to a beautiful clean surface!!! The look is amazing and the feel is clean and like brand new. We highly recommend this company if you need any refinishing done! They are the best!!!!
We are in love with our new floors from the Flooring Specialists in Honolulu. Chris Brenna was wonderful to work with from start to finish, and the team that installed the flooring did an outstanding and neat job. We chose a hybrid hardwood flooring from the Garrison Collection "WSPC Zodiac / European Oak Pieces" and couldn't be happier with the outcome. This company definitely knows what they are doing and we would work with them again should the opportunity present itself. 10/10!
