Love our flooring! It transformed our house and at a great price. Our only disappointment was that we borrowed a sample of a bullnose so we could plan to add this for our transition to a step down room. We didn’t realize the sample was a different width from what we ordered so the one we ordered didn’t fit well causing it to overhang the step down a considerable amount. It’s already come loose once because of the lack of support underneath. Hopefully this last fix of adding a plywood underneath will work.It would have helped if we knew the sample was different from what we had ordered. Otherwise we were very happy with our purchase and customer service.
I have passed Wistera Lane Flooring severaltimes but never went in until I saw an ad in a local tabloid about a sale. Nadine was very professional and knowledgeable about the products in her showroom. She explained in detail the process, cost, delivery so there were no surprises. The installer she recommended was good. Highly recommend this company and Nadine.
Following up, after removing the floor and seeing what is under it, this is without a doubt an installation issue. There is not even a semblance of a continual underlayment.We purchased bamboo flooring and had it installed by one of their recommended installers, Jaci Ornelas. 15 months in. It's a moldy mess. The underlayment was badly installed and we have mold all over our house. It is uninhabitable and Wisteria Lane will do nothing but blame the installer. The installer claims to be on the mainland indefinitely for family issues. $20,000 worth of floor is ruined and we have no recourse. The salesperson is no help, all they want to do is sell us more flooring. We are very unhappy.
