Love European Floors of Houston! We walked into their showroom on a whim during a break in our home-building process, and I’m so glad we did. I have to admit that I am an incredibly demanding homeowner when it comes to remodeling my home. We went through a major high end remodel and selected European Floors of Houston for our hardwood flooring needs. Starting off at their showroom we were totally blown away but how modern and gorgeous it was. I worked directly with Steve the owner and after a number of discussions settled on wood planks that we loved and were somewhat reasonable given that they were high end. Steve was a gentlemen and an absolute please to work with.When it came to installing the floors we were totally blown away by the level of service received from Alfonso and his crew. This was a large and incredibly detailed job and they knocked it out of the park. They even did some wood staining for custom cabinetry we had made. They were also incredibly respectful and cleaned up every day which we were grateful for as we were living in the home during the remodel.I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Euro Floors and will use them for any of my future flooring needs.
Working with European Floors has been such a pleasure. We had to get some of our floors re-done due to water damage, and I am so happy that we came here. The entire team - Steve, Jasmine, and the many courteous installers - were all extremely professional, and very communicative throughout the entire process. They are extremely detail-oriented, and as a result, our new floor looks stunning. I cannot imagine a better team to work with.
