We've had our gorgeous engineered hardwood floors for about two years now, and I couldn't love them more. Doug and Zohra were wonderful to work with, and we would absolutely hire them again in the future. We needed wood floors that could withstand two large dogs, and they delivered. I always try to be a “smart shopper”- where I get the best quality for my budget.After buying a new home, I was worried my desire to get high quality work wouldn’t be met due to having a tight expense budget.I went to MULTIPLE huge carpet stores, that claim “the best prices in town”. At the warehouse stores I visited, I was always quoted an “okay” price for fair-to-poor quality product.Thank God, I happened to work close to floor inspirations and figured I’d give a last store a final shot.It was there I met Doug, who dropped his work in store to help me, took his time to teach me about carpet qualities and subtypes, as well as padding and its importance in installation. He answered any question I could come up with.Fast forward, and Doug + his partner Ramone gave me a dream of a price. The quality of the carpet has earned me compliments from many family members. The carpet is thick and plush, and beats out quality of any other store I visited. My baseboards looked flawless after the install, although many other carpet stores have nightmarish baseboards after installation!Doug and Ramone have done more than enough to secure my business as long as I live in Houston. I am referring everyone I can! The owner, Doug, goes out of his way to help you with all aspects of your remodel including hardwood and paint opportunities - they do more than just carpet.
