Jimmie was so easy to work with and he cares about your desires for your home and the outcome. Communication was great and the quality is top notch!! I am so impressed with both my provenza flooring and my carpet choice. Jim took time with me to ensure I saw all the options and got what I wanted. I have been working with Timberline Flooring now for several years, and as a general contractor, they make it easy for me, as well as the customer to find flooring that is a quality product, looks great, and at an affordable price. Their lead sales rep Titus is very knowledgeable on the product lines, helping the customer find exactly their desired look, and scheduling excellent techs to install the flooring with little to no errors on every project. They do a professional and clean job in a timely manner that allows me to free up my time with no supervision and to get me on to my next project. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a high end product for a great price. I only use Timberline for all my flooring projects. Working with Titus was an absolute pleasure! Titus was an invaluable resource in helping my fiance and I completely transform our first home. Everything is absolutely wonderful! We love all the options that Titus helped us pick out, and we quickly picked one that fits within our budget. The color and little pattern it has is so lovely!Titus was a joy to work with! He is knowledgeable, very helpful and welcoming (a major reason we choose him than several other offers).The installation guys were great to work with, so nice, and very conscientious of our home. Everything from start to finish was perfect, and they only took a week to finish a whole house.You really don’t need to worry about any details ( tear off the carpet, leveling the floor, match color with the stairs, even cleaning)!
After visiting a ton of flooring places in the Houston area, we were impressed by both the selection and staff at Timberline. Titus walked us around the store to look at different flooring options with explanations of the pros and cons of each. He aligned to our budget and expedited a team to have it installed in a short time frame prior to us leaving on a vacation. The team that installed the flooring was always on time, considerate of our pets in the house and were incredibly precise in installing the flooring. They checked in with us constantly through the process to ensure that we were happy with the project. Overall highly recommend the entire Timberline team and have no regrets on the purchase. While we don’t expect to have any flooring needs anytime soon, we’ll be sure to send our friends and family to Timberline in the future!
