We needed almost all the flooring in our house redone--hardwood, carpet, and tile--and Dalton Wholesale was a huge help through all of it. While we only ended up getting carpet and tile from Dalton, our salesperson Elle was very helpful in finding hardwood to match our existing flooring, and very patient with us as we looked at tile samples long past closing time. Later during carpet installation, the supervisor Gary noticed the previous hardwood installation from several years ago left a gap in front of this door, which would cause the new carpet to stick out about an inch. He offered to extend the hardwood to hide the carpet, and they did it free of charge!!The installations were flawless, their prices were reasonable, their staff patient and helpful, their installers skilled and professional... there's not a single thing I could complain about. I'd rate 6/5 if I could.

Clay, the salesman, was such a huge help in guiding me through all the options and making sure I picked out the perfect flooring for my home. The installers were professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. What impressed me even more was the company’s follow-up after the installation from both the salesman and the installation manager to make sure I was completely satisfied. It’s rare to find that level of care and attention these days. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for new flooring!
I’m am so elated with Kemp’s work! Our new carpet is absolutely stunning! They were able to work with our tight time crunch and they got the job done very efficiently and fast!
