From the minute we called for an estimate to the completion of our flooring install Floors By Moore did not disappoint! We had 5 different types of flooring and uneven floors (wish I’d take before pictures) that needed to be addressed AJ came out took measurements and gave recommendations. We got to pick out our flooring from their mobile showroom, the flooring options came to us.. so convenient! They have a brick and mortar location you can go visit as well with ALL the selections. We had engineered hardwood installed throughout the main rooms in our house and they took care of the layers upon layers of flooring put down by previous owners to give us a seamless look from room to room! Floors By Moore did a fantastic job on our hardwood floors. They blended new white oak into our 65-year-old flooring and made it look like it’s always been there. The sanding and finish completely transformed the room.The crew was professional, on time, and easy to work with. You can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship. We’re very happy with how everything turned out.Highly recommend.
We had Floors by Moore come out and replace carpet in 3 of our bedrooms. The whole process went smoothly and efficiently. It looks great they did an exceptional job. Everyone I talked to was professional and friendly. Couldn't beat their prices. We plan on using them again to redo the vinyl in our kitchen.
I am long overdue for this review because I had trouble writing anything that would do justice to the phenomenal job that AJ and his team did at our house. From beginning to end, they were a total breeze to work with... personable, efficient, and experts at their craft. They were able to replaced tile in our kitchen with hardwood and also sanded down and refinished the floors in the rest of the living area. The transition from the old floor to the new is totally indiscernible, and the floors are BEAUTIFUL. Every single person who enters our house immediately comments on how amazing the floors look! After the job they have done, I wouldn't ever consider any other company. Floors by Moore is simply the best of the best!!
First time actually having our hardwood floors refinished. Our house had pre-finished gunstock oak flooring. It had sun damage, water damage and animal damage.We needed the expert advice Floors by Moore provided in guiding us through the process of refinishing and adding to our hardwood floors. All I can say is from the owners down to the their team, their attention to detail and answering my 1000 questions was fantastic. Based on three other flooring options that were recommended to us by other flooring companies, Floors by Moore gave us a fair, competitive price.
