I didn’t end up purchasing anything. However their level of customer service was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Attentive. Knowledgeable and willing to help regardless of wether or not I would make a purchase or not. I will be coming back for sure. They have my business.
Refused to do what they said they would do. At purchase I was told I could return any extra glue I had left over. Prior to making my hour trip to return the glue, I called to verify they would still refund it as initially stated and the employee said absolutely. After spending 30 minutes at the store trying to find someone to help me and waiting for the employees to figure out how to refund me, I get put on the phone with the Branch Manager who informs me I'm 12 days past the 30 day return policy. I understand the policy but you need to do a better job training your staff so that I didn't have to waste 2 hours of my day. I know you wouldn't do the same thing to a contractor that spends a lot of money with you guys but today you obviously didn't have the staff competent enough to get the job done and you took the easy way out.
Jesse did a great job fixing the other guy's mistake in our new house.He finished the job and corrected what the first guy messed up in a timely manner. Would highly recommend these guys for your floors and carpet.
Great place to get ALL your hardwood flooring products and get questions answered. Prices are very reasonable and they can even help you find someone to install and finish your floor for you
