I would not recommend Haley’s to do your flooring projects. They have installed broken LVP flooring and broken quarter round. The warranty team sent them back out to replace the broken LVP, they did not replace anything. But rather glued over the broken areas. Stay clear of Haley’sEdit: for Haley’s owners correction. The work order states to replace 15 broken / damaged LVP. Not fill in chipped areas with glue, damage adjacent LVP that were good, damage the transition strip and leave broken, or damage my bed frame, or leave 3/15 untouched.See updated photos for review. Our homebuilder hired this company to install laminate flooring in our new Lennar home, and unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. The installation was poorly done and had visible issues. When we submitted our warranty claim, they refused to address quality or workmanship issues or offer any resolution. Save yourself the cost and stress, and choose a business that stands behind its work
If you want a HORRIBLE shower install with drywall used on your shower floor AND without any type of waterproofing, then go ahead and use this incompetent company. Haley’s Flooring should be ABSOLUTELY ashamed of themselves. We reached out to them last year through our builder to let them know there was something wrong with our shower. They said they “fixed” the issues, (with our tile and grout) yet here we are a year later with a leak that went into our closet. My husband and I have now had to hire a renovation contractor to fix Haley’s Flooring mess…I just read their reply and that’s a BOLD FACE LIE!!!! I contacted Kellie and she said there was nothing further she could do…so NO you DO NOT stand behind your warranty. There isn’t any waterproofing around the sides of the shower, which is why we had a leak. So, your incompetent work is why we have had to hire our own renovation contractor, because why would we use the same people who did this horrendous job in the first place?
Update: Regardless of the statement below by the business stating they would get managers and owners involved; I have never heard anything further from them. No explanation was ever given as to why the warranty would not be honored. They also never supplied a copy of the floor inspection to prove no wrong doing. I honestly didn't expect them to since I wasn't staying on top of it. The only way you get a response from this company is if you constantly ask for updates. Even then they will just give you the run around. Highly recommend going with another company for your flooring needs that care about their customers. Would hate for anyone else to waste the amount of time I have dealing with them.I would not recommend anyone to use Haleys to install flooring in your house. We had our floor installed in June of 2021. Around 2-3 month after the installation of the floor we noticed that certain boards were bubling/degrading around the corners or edges and we had some sliding boards. Upon telling Haleys of the problem they sent out someone to replace the affected boards. The replacement process involved them cutting a board from the locking groves out of the floor, then cutting the locking groove off a new piece and gluing that to the floor. After seeing this done twice I asked them to stop because you could clearly see an elevation change where the boards were replaced. After a few more months, more of the floor was starting to degrade. This prompted us to put in a warranty request with Haleys to determine the issue with the floor. Haleys sent someone out to inspect the floor and agreed that there was an issue but that he thought it was the manufacturer at fault. Haleys contacted the manufactuer who then sent their own inspector to my home. After weeks of no response from Haleys I reached out to determine our options. The resolution they presented was that the Manufactuer would provide two boxes of material but wont pay for installtion or repair. At this point the majority of the floor in my house is having problems and two boxes will not fix the problems. I asked if a copy of the inspection report could be provided to me and both Haleys and the manufacturer refused to give me this report. I then pulled the warranty from the manufactuer and pointed out to Haleys that the issues with my floor are clearly covered by warranty and they should pay for the material and installation to have it fixed (this is the warranty recommendation). Haleys agreed that they would talk with the manufactuerer again. Once again I was told only two boxes of material would be provided and that I would have to pay for installation. I again asked if I could see a copy of the inspection of the floor and was again told that it would not be shared with me. This entire process took more than a year and was essentially a big waste of time. In the case that the floor Haleys installs for you has issues you can expect them to do the bare minimum to correct it and will also with hold information from you regarding the issues. I can only guess what the inspection report says, but there is really only one reason for them to withold the information.
