I went to them for a quote on wood floors and a bathroom remodel. They sent the quote for the floors, but it took following up with them to eventually have them come out to my house a second time with their tile person to look at the bathroom. After waiting a week or two and not hearing anything, I called and left a message with someone else there, and called another two times without answer (it was around Thanksgiving admittedly), and have never heard back over a month later.
I had half of my upstairs refloored with 3/4" solid hickory. The team was great to work with to find the best match, and the installation crew completed 650SF all in one day. Looks terrific and went very smoothly.

Wonderful experience. We had tricky job; a nearly hundred year old house with lots of unevenness in the floors, and weird transitions. The team here finished the job in a day, and knew exactly how to deal with everything! It looks amazing!The women who run the storefront are also super friendly and helpful (thank you Shannon)! They helped me go through tons of options, and I ended up with absolutely beautiful flooring at a very reasonable piece. Couldn't recommend them more highly!
I did a very large scale project with them back in 2008 and they did a fantastic job helping me pick colors and my materials. When it came time to add hardwoods to my new place I stopped by the store and told them what I was looking for. They came onsite with samples and took measurements. They installed the following week and once again did a fabulous job! I prefer to business locally when I can and would highly recommend Wood Floors and more for any hardwood or tile needs.
