Positive experience and would recommend and use again. Salesman Guy was very responsive and easy to work with throughout the process. There was minor mixup on some finish work details but it was quickly resolved and with a few days job was complete. Issues can happen but the speed and response to resolve was excellent.
Karen was amazing! Very detailed, well organized, extremely helpful, and followed our whole project from start to finish (measuring, bringing several samples, being a great listener with helping us select the perfect vinyl wood floor planks for our whole house)!! Pedro installed the flooring and he and his crew were top notch and expertly laid our vinyl wood floor planks!! I highly recommend Karen and Pedro, they both earned 5+ STARS!!!
