Overall bad experienceUpdated for response:Attached our photographs that show issues with the “beautiful floor” taken a week after install. As for “professional service” my emails for repair on July 8th (2 weeks after install) and the 30th were ignored, until we found out yesterday they they will not be honoring their one year install warranty.
They did THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN DAMAGE!!! If I could give a ZERO I would. Had them lay the flooring in my entire house and have now had them out 2 additional times for the floor failing. This last time the installer scratched up my walls and then completely destroyed our paint (used white to try and cover up the scratches on my grey walls). Management came out and apologized for the work done and condition of the house. Now 2 wks later after waiting for the call for them to schedule to fix our walls and floors, we get told they aren’t going to fix it. The sub contractor quit and now they don’t feel like they need to fix my house. Ohhh also the reinstalled my toilet wrong and now we have a leak.
Melody was fabulous to work with! Very reasonable pricing! And the installers took their time, didn't rush. Didn't leave a mess. Installed our new carpet perfectly. Looks great! Thanks so much! We had Indianapolis Floor Store back to our home this year to install some new carpeting. We enjoyed our experience with them last year when we had our downstairs floors replaced. They are so friendly and helpful, and do a wonderful job. They are easy to communicate with and I feel like they are a good value. We worked with Tony both times and he’s great. We love our new carpet!
We were referred to Indianapolis Floor Store from our restoration company after water damage. From the beginning of the process to the end this team was phenomenal! Phil, the owner, came out next day to see how home. He offered us multiple flooring options where we could provide the flooring if we wanted a particular floor they didn't have or we could chose a flooring he purchased. He provided estimates of all options so we could make an informed decision. He even brought samples to our home so we could see the flooring inside our space! This was all before the pandemic also! Phil never pushed or tried to sway us in any particular way. He offered us professional and considerate advice and actually listened to what we wanted. Phil and his team have exceptional craftsmanship, are prompt, polite and very reasonably priced! We were able to replace all the flooring on our entry level instead of just the damaged area for less that we thought prior to meeting with Phil! Phil returned every phone call and email, which I'm sure is a lot to keep up along with owning a business! I love that most, if not all of Phil's team are his family! They take amazing pride in their work and services they offer! Thank you Phil and Family!!! We LOVE our floors!!
