I just had my floors installed in my dining room and hallway on Saturday and they look wonderful. Jacob, the installer, was great at answering any questions. He installed it perfectly as I wanted it. Janie has been very helpful and following up making sure that I'm happy and everything is going perfectly with the floors. I had a wonderful experience. This was great. I've never had anything like this before, so I was really pleased with the service that I got both from Jamie and Jacob.
Refloor did an amazing job on our kitchen floor. We previously had to get it done 2 seperate times by a different company and yet it just kept coming up. These guys actually took their time to do things correctly, and they kept me filled in on what they were doing every step of the way. Now my floor looks beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with it!
Coordinator Kristi and Installer Matt were simply awesome to work with. Excellent communication at all steps of the installation. The finished flooring looks amazing! Looking forward to working with them soon on the second stage of our installation.
Julie was very good to work with. She explained things well but wasn’t high pressure and didn’t take our entire evening. Happy so far! Installation went well. Very friendly and efficient installers. Jake followed through the entire process communicating each step along the way. Beautiful! Very satisfied!
DW Kelley was wonderful and explained everything with me in the presentation. Very professional and friendly.We looked at samples and placed them into my rooms on the computer so I could see the flooring that looked best. I really liked the flooring. DW worked and he answered all questions communicating with me to get what I wanted.Matt and Zack and their work crew were wonderful, friendly and professional. They went out of their way doing extra things I needed done. They answered all my concerns. Moved everything and put back everything. John checked in frequently to see where they were at on the progress. They had extra work as I needed sub floors placed on bad floors. Matt came back to get the sub floor check on Saturday and even helped me hook up my computer printer and plug my automatic bed back in that I couldn’t reach. Truly they put customer first and my floors are beautiful.??
