After shopping at multiple flooring stores in Jacksonville, first by word of mouth recommendations and then by reviews, we went to Floor Trader. We were welcomed by Jim, the store owner. After explaining our vision, he picked out the carpet that was exactly what we were looking for. He had his installer measure and explain the process. Everything was completed well within the discussed timeframe. The installer was prompt, efficient and friendly. After the installation was completed, Jim contacted us to be sure that we were pleased with everything. We are very happy with the product, the communication with Jim and Calvin, the installer, and the professional manner that everything was handled.
The guys at this Floor Trader have always taken good care of us. This time we had need of just a few more planks to finish and they just gave it to us instead of having to buy a whole box. Outstanding customer care!
We recently purchased and had flooring installed and the whole process was amazing from start to finish. Brandon helped us pick out the carpet and LVP. He was awesome to work with. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Cody did our carpet installation and Gary did the LVP. Both did an incredible job. They finished everything up much quicker than I expected and their attention to detail was impeccable. They both communicated very well and cleaned up after themselves. I honestly could not have asked for a better team to handle the entire project. I highly recommend all three of these guys and I would gladly work with them again on any future projects.
We had an awesome experience working with Jim @ Floor Trader. We had a some damage vinyl floor planks that needed to be replaced. The road got a little rocky but, it definitely turn out to be 10+.
