We had an excellent experience with Flooring America from the sales representative to the installation team. Alex, sales representative, was very helpful and efficient with product and pricing. He always communicated immediately with any questions and concerns. He was helpful getting us the best price possible. Installation team, Tivi and Jose, did an amazing job. They were very detailed lining up old flooring with the new flooring, extremely clean indoors with installation and with cutting and prepping the products outdoors. They completed the job in extremely timely fashion. Turn around time from ordering to installation was excellent and fast! I highly recommend Flooring America for any future projects as they were very professional, personable, and made sure we were happy with the final product. We will definitely use them in the future!!!

Hayden provided excellent service. She walked me through the carpets and pads and helped us to make the best decision. We could not be more pleased with our carpet. Installation was a breeze-much better than big box stores who want to nickel and dime you to move furniture. Highly recommend!
KITCHEN REMODEL!!! It was a miracle from the heavens above that I found this place, it's like a hidden gem! They don't really advertise their cabinet business enough and I'm not sure why. I just happened to pass by this place one day and was honestly just looking to see if they sold countertops. I was in the middle of a new design for my kitchen and wanted to price countertops. I stopped in and Ana came over to greet me. I told her I was working with Lowe's on a remodel and she convinced me to let her price it out as well. Why not, I thought?! Well let me tell you, it was the best thing to ever happen to me! Ana designed the PERFECT kitchen for me and did it down to the last and tiniest detail. It's like getting a white glove service versus me trying to do it all myself. This was the THIRD company I priced my kitchen with and the ONLY place that did EVERYTHING for me. They helped me get contractor quotes, offered me selections on everything I needed and Ana supervised the entire project. I am so grateful to her and her team. My kitchen is so beautiful and I could have never designed it this way by myself. Do yourself a favor and go see Ana at Flooring America. She has something like 30 years of experience and let me tell you, she listens to you and notices every little detail. I was blown away at her skills and professionalism. You will not be disappointed!
Highly Recommend! I reached out to several companies for flooring in the main part of the house (all with good reviews overall). Several didn't even bother to call back. One other company quoted, and Flooring America offered the best value hands down. We went with engineered hardwood. The estimate visit was friendly, informative and quick. Price was very fair, and the installation team was second to none! The time frame exceeded my expectations - with the crew being timely, professional and top-notch in their craft. LOVE the new wood floors (replaced old carpet and tile foyer). Special thanks to Kevin (sales) and the crew (Ann, Gerardo, Marvelle - and I missed a few other names, sorry). Wonderful experience and results!
