Due to timing of my move to new house the house was vacant during carpet installation and unfortunately without water.1. It was a warm day during when they were there and they turned the air conditioner to 66 and left it there for the empty house.2. They pulled open the drawer freezer and left that open. The fridge/freezer was on and working find.3. The carpet looks fine. The stairs are hard but maybe padding is optional on them. I would have preferred hollywood style but I forgot to ask for it and they didn't ask me.4. They rolled up the excess carpet but then it was gone. I asked later and was told most people don't want it so they threw it in a dumpster. I did want it and would have been nice to be asked.5. I thought I was choosing a more professional experience but I'll go back to the hardware store next time.
