We just had our floors completed and absolutely love them. Bruno and his guys did a great job. There were a couple of issues that came up, but Bruno immediately pointed them out and went above and beyond on resolution. Cassie was super informative along the way answering any questions I had in the process in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.
Very pleased and satisfied! Replaced 1,000 sq ft of carpet at my Plaza condo,with waterproof wood flooring from the Woodhills collection. My plan was to get a couple of bids for this project. After my introduction to Cassie and Tyler, the dynamic husband and wife team of Midwest Flooring, decision was to roll with them. Tyler came to my place and laid out all the options for me and put my mind at ease, as I am no handyman. He gave me the bid that day and it was right in line with what my research was. Cassie, is a real gem and who I first talked to. She proactively worked with my condo management to fast track their approval. Her work doing this blew me away. The work team did all the work in 3 days, while I went to work. The lead man of this team, Bruno is a real pro and did a great and clean job. Tyler and Cassie both checked in with me during this time.I recommend Midwest Flooring 100% for any of your future flooring needs. I wish them all the success in the future.
Really pleased! We replaced almost 2000sq Ft of carpet and hardwood with LVP throughout. It was WAY faster than I was planning for. Everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Their recommendation for things that weren’t in the scope of their work were also very good and professional. There were some very minor concerns after the work was finished and Tyler had his team out there the next day to fix them, before ever mentioning final payment. I never felt rushed or pressured, they knew I was getting another bid and didn’t try to bad mouth any other competitors. Their price was in line w the other quotes I got.Tyler was very professional and knowledgeable. He and his staff checked in throughout the process.After the project was complete we received a very thoughtful and very much appreciated gift to help maintain our new floors.I would 100% recommend Tyler and anyone that Midwest Flooring recommends.Really happy w the final product.
