My experience with Perry was top knotch,he made sure I was satisfied with every decision.He took his time and got me the best deal for me and worked around my schedule to get the guys Josh and Noah to do the work and work around my multiple animals and no one escaped.They were very mindful of all my requests and very respectful of our situation working from one room at a time.I would definatly recommend them for any other job big or small they did a great job.
Helping my sister redo her condo and told her about Flooring Canada. We met with Kiel and I would say we hit it off and had some good laughs. We chose a sheet vinyl in a black and white mosaic (Armstrong brand). Installers were so good. I would recommend Flooring Canada to anyone. We will be back Kiel as I am sure it wont be long before the rest of the flooring will be updated to go with the fancy kitchen and bathrooms!
We picked our new residential carpet with Trevor’s professional input. The sales process at ‘Flooring Canada Kelowna’ was seamless. Trevor came to our house the following day for measurements & to prepare the quote. Again, the process was seamless (bad pun intended). The Installers did perfect work. We can't say enough about Flooring Canada. We first met Perry, the owner, a couple of years ago when he supplied us with some gorgeous engineered hard wood. He was so friendly, and he went above and beyond. Unfortunately, we had a house fire last year that destroyed the inside of our house. We didn't hesitate to go back to Canada Flooring. This time, they provided and installed flooring for our entire house, stone for the fire place, tile for the bathroom, and backsplash for the kitchen and laundry room. The amount of time and patience Perry gave us, showing so many options and making sure we were happy was phenomenal. He also stood behind his product, and when he wasn't happy with how something had been installed, he had them do the whole thing again till it was perfect. We would highly recommend Flooring Canada to anyone looking for flooring, tile, or stone!
We would like to thank Canada Flooring for the great job done in the installation of the hardwood flooring throughout our condo. Right from the start our experience was a very positive one; we were greeted at the store by Trevor (our salesman) who helped us make the right decision in choosing our hardwood flooring from their great selection. We were very impressed with his knowledge of the various products and the installation process which, alongside his great personality, made for a very pleasant experience.
