Best selection of sheet vinyl (aka linoleum) in the central Okanagan. Since this was a small job and used "cheap" material, I found most other flooring stores I went to in the Okanagan to feel judgy when I told them about the product I was seeking and the attention of the staff at other places immediately dropped when I said the word "linoleum". These other store's customer service varied from disinterested to rude.On the opposite end of the spectrum, Kelowna Floors has friendly and attentive staff, great selection and prices. They have a huge selection of flooring from budget-conscious to high end products.I received especially good service from Tony, regardless of the scale of the project. He was timely in getting comprehensive quotes for materials and work, tried to schedule work with my timeline and provided excellent communication throughout the process. Lucas and team did an impressive job preparing the site and installing the flooring and completed the project well ahead of the estimated time. An excellent family run, local business. We purchased a 1960's home and had some unique plans to update it with bold tile and backsplash. Rebecca was phenomenal with supporting making our big picture ideas happen and providing quality product for a reasonable price. When we had questions about style recommendations, she was incredibly helpful. The installers were polite, prompt, and clean. I really appreciated that they made every effort to get the job done to a high standard, as quickly as possible. We'll plan to use Kelowna Floors again as we continue our remodel.
