Great service & products. We are very happy. Only reason for 4 stars is they initially forgot the underpad for our area rug...but to their credit they delivered it a few hours later!
I had a horrible experience with purchasing and installing the carpet for our basement.I was quoted based on the measurements I provided. Was asked to draw with dimensions the area being carpeted. Was provided an invoice two hundred dollars more than initial quote. Installation was scheduled. Day before installation I was emailed and told they input the numbers incorrectly and I would have to pay $1500 more. When I complained I was told not to pay the additional until the carpet was installed to see if some was coming back to the store.A large portion was returned to the store and because I refused to pay the additional due to their error as all the measurements and drawing were accurate I was then requested to pay $400 extra to make my carpet and install an even number for them.This whole experience was unprofessional in my opinion and a cause for concern asking for $1500 extra when the quote and invoice didn’t reflect that and was paid in full.
We’ve been very pleased with our three experiences at end of the roll for hardwood and vinal plank flooring. Discount pricing without having to wait for it to be ordered. Just take it home and install :)
Friendly helpful service! Jenn allowed us to take home some samples to see how well they went with our paint and trim before purchasing. No other store we went to was willing to do that, which made it very difficult to pick out the right flooring. We went with Pale Rider vinyl plank flooring. It looks absolutely beautiful in our kitchen! We will definitely be back when we are ready to update the flooring in our other rooms!Susan & Andy MaaserKitchener, ON
