Only place we go to get flooring. Shane is very pleasant to deal with, very honest and helpful. Run with integrity and what’s best for the customer. We were able to get carpet and underpad for a 10x10 bedroom for $300. Good quality carpet and underpad. If you’re looking for flooring of any type, go to Factory Flooring. You won’t be disappointed!

I purchased carpet from Shan. He is a nice and trustworthy guy. He quoted me $2000 and Lowes dive me $4000 quote. I went with them and happy with the service. Nice and clean installation with no extra charge.I also bought flooring for $1.2 while the original price was $3.5. Extremely good quality material.
We're very happy with our carpet install! Friendly sales, and very thorough and detail oriented install. The install took longer than expected given the amount of work required (look at all those spindles - the other side of the stairs is spindled as well!), but communication was always open and clear, and our installer was so lovely. Great price too with their in-stock carpet. Would highly recommend!
