Purchasing materials went wonderful with excellent advise on colours and designs. There was a "hick-up" with the installer but Source Flooring made it totally right. This store has a great selection of flooring options, with reasonable prices. The store associates are also friendly. However, after buying our floor and having it packed into the car by some younger gentleman, as soon as pulled unto the road, the flooring shifted around. I'd have expected better packing of the boxes, or securing it at least so it wouldnt move around! As soon as I got home and opened the trunk, one box also slid out and slammed into the driveway. 3 boards damaged thanks to that...
I was lucky enough to deal with Source Flooring finding the prices excellent and the service great. I’m doing my upper floor including 3 bedrooms and a hallway. The flooring I decided on was at a reduced price in their clearance centre and I was given the name of an installer making the process an easy one for me.I would definitely return to Source Flooring and refer out to friends.
