Vegas Flooring Outlet was amazing from every part of the process from estimate to completion of the project. Jimmy was the sales/ project coordinator and he was super attentative and reliable. Alex and Luis did the vynil plank installation and they were great to work with, polite, detail oriented, helpful and they even completed the job ahead of schedule. I can't thank them enough. I have to say I am very satisfied and happy that I picked a local company instead of a large corporation that outsources their installers. Vegas Flooring Outlet uses their own trusted employees.
Vegas flooring outlet is simply the best. When replacing floors and choosing a company between the hundreds of companies available here, you want the best outcome, professionalism, and respect. We were given this and more. They came to do a free assessment, scheduled quick, and finished under the estimated time. We had to add baseboards last minute and they worked well w us to order ones we liked and installed that quick. Juan was great w customer service. I believe Carlos was the one who installed and he was awesome. Would highly recommend
